Alexis May, PhD
Assistant Professor of Psychology
Dr. May received her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of British Columbia, completed a psychology internship at the Alpert Medical School of Brown University, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Center for Veterans Studies at the University of Utah. Clinically, she is trained in dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Michael Ruggiero, M.A.
Clinical Research Manager
Michael received his M.A. in general psychology from American University in 2015. From there he worked at an Addiction Treatment Center in Baltimore, where he had both research and clinical roles. Michael joined the Risk, Prevention and Intervention Lab in November of 2018.
